21-inch STRUCTURED MEDIA Enclosures make running cable and managing media both simple and cost effective. They are designed to provide a central distribution consolidation point, and can be installed and concealed in a closet or behind a flat-screen display. STRUCTURED MEDIA enclosures are ideal for supporting home, classroom, and small office technologies, enclosures accommodate the distribution of voice, data, video, audio, security, and IT/AV control applications.
Features
- Premium door attaches directly to Leviton Structured Media Center utilizing provided screws. Full trim ring fastens to SMC using 4 provided screws
- To open SMC, simply depress latch(es)
- Door is provided with optional keylock plug. Utilize keylock kit part number, 5L000-L0K, to lock the SMC
- Full trim ring overlaps drywall cutout by ¾ inches to hide uneven drywall cuts around the enclosure. Trim ring creates a clean aesthetic appearance when door is open
- Door is manufactured out of 18-gauge steel, powder coated white
- Premium door is recommended for all applications utilizing active equipment, as vents in top and bottom of door promote heat dissipation
- Door protects home networking components and electronics mounted inside the SMC
